Chris Abrego was born and raised right here in the Pacific Northwest. His passion for hospitality was sparked when he was 17 years old while he worked his first dinner shift as a dishwasher in a busy restaurant in downtown Spokane Washington. The hustle of a busy kitchen, the unity, and teamwork of an organized food line, and the creative output captivated him from the very beginning.

Ever since that first day in a kitchen, Chris has been dedicated to pursuing the discipline of food preparation and the craft of hospitality. He brings unique expertise and creative experience to the Rocky Mountain region of Montana.,
