This option is perfect for clients who will not require Valle Co staff to provide service beyond simply dropping off catered meals to your office or event space. This service is much like making a large carryout order from a restaurant. A great option for office luncheons.
This service frees up you and your guests, to completely enjoy your catered event while we do the rest! This service is perfect for something a little larger- like a wedding, holiday office function or any large social gathering. There is no formal sit down, but your guests will have a variety of different foods to try throughout the night. Portions will generally be smaller, so it is important to make sure enough food is ordered to get to every guest.
We can also provide a server, (or servers), to pass out food to guests throughout the event. Or, if you prefer, food can be set up at a central location for guests to serve themselves.
